Terms and Conditions of Puppy Sales

1. I certify that my puppies that I sell are in good health to the best of my knowledge. The puppies are guaranteed upon the time of sale, only if terms and conditions are followed.

2. Puppies must have a thorough examination by a licensed Veterinarian at purchaser's expense within 24 hours of you receiving the puppy or 48 hours if purchased on a weekend. If purchaser's Veterinarian finds cause for return such as, birth defect or any other incurable illness, I must be notified immediately and puppy must be returned to me within 48 hours. If within 48 hours from the time the buyer takes possession of the puppy, it is found by a licensed Veterinarian not to be in good health, the breeder will decide to issue a refund or replace the puppy with a new puppy. This is only upon the return of the other puppy to the breeder. An autopsy is required for a refund or a replacement puppy.

3. The breeder is not responsible for any shipping fees and/or the crate fees needed to deliver your puppy safely.

4. There is a $200.00 non-refundable deposit required to hold a puppy. If the puppy is being shipped, the balance is to be paid in full when the puppy reaches 5 weeks old. The deposit will only be refunded if the purchaser requests a certain color or sex puppy before it is born, and I am unable to fulfill the request after the puppies have been born.
Size, color and temper of animal is not guaranteed.
I guarantee AKC registration.
This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.
This contract is null and void if the Terms and Conditions are not fulfilled.

Shipping Information

The cost for shipping your new puppy directly to you is about $400.00 via Delta Air Logistics counter to counter. The purchaser will need to pay for the airline ticket ($400), shipping crate ($45.00), and health certificate ($60). Prices can change without notice. In order to ship your new puppy to you, I require him or her to be at least 8 weeks old. If your puppy is too small at 8 weeks of age, I will require him or her to be a little older before I ship him or her to you. Call or email for more information (318) 348-9086.

Health Certificate

The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of the sale. If within 48 hours from the time the buyer takes possession of the puppy, it is found by a licensed veterinarian not to be in good health, the breeder agrees to refund the purchase price upon return of the puppy to the breeder. The breeder is not responsible for any expenses incurred. A refund will be given only upon receipt of the report from a licensed veterinarian. Your puppy is guaranteed to be free from congenital defects for 1 year from date of birth. If your puppy is found to have congenital defects, you may return it to the breeder at the buyer's expense with a written statement from a licensed veterinarian for a new puppy. The breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian bills acquired by the buyer.

Your puppy has been on a vaccination and deworming schedule. Please take your records to the veterinarian. It is VERY IMPORTANT the vaccinations and worming continue on schedule. DON'T FORGET the yearly boosters. If your puppy has been purchased as a pet, it is strongly recommended that your puppy be spayed/neutered. The buyer agrees to take good care of the puppy and provide adequate food, water, housing, and medical care. The buyer agrees to follow the breeders recommendations regarding feeding, training, exercise, and general care.
